Q: How long will my power modules last? 2017-06-01T10:42:52+00:00

A: The power modules are based on kinetic resistance (heavy resistance bands).  They have an anticipated lifespan of around two years, depending on use.

Q: How should I store my CoreXT46? 2017-05-31T19:55:37+00:00

A: The CoreXT46 is a beautiful piece of art that is best displayed in your living room or as the centerpiece of your dining room table…Barring those options, keep the CoreXT46 in a cool, dry place, and out of the sun. We encourage you to take your CoreXT46 with you for great workouts outdoors, at the beach, at your gym etc., but do not leave your CoreXT46 in your car in hot weather or directly expose it to salt water, or excessive dirt or dust.

Q: How do I change my power modules? 2017-05-31T19:49:48+00:00

A: Follow the instructions provided with your CoreXT46 and found online here at this link Instructions . You can also watch the helpful tutorial video on Changing Resistance found here: Videos.

When removing the Upper Power Module, be careful to use two fingers to pull it straight up and out of the CoreXT46. Similarly, be careful to insert the Upper Power Module straight down when replacing it. If the Power Module jams, push it back down again and try to pull it out straight.

The Lower Power Module is designed with tracks to help guide it in until the locking mechanism clicks. If the Lower Power Module is off-track, just pull it back out and reinsert it using the guide tracks until it easily slides in.

Q: Should I include twisting motions in my CoreXT46 workout? 2017-05-31T19:44:19+00:00

A: As with any new exercise, you should consult a doctor before trying new movements. For people with back issues, twisting motions should be started gradually and with low resistance. If you are comfortable performing twisting exercises, they are a great way to incorporate variety into your CoreXT46 workout, target your obliques, and can be performed from any of the CoreXT46 positions such as sitting, standing, lunging, and from a sit-up or crunch.

Q: How will I know when I should progress to higher resistance levels? 2017-05-31T19:43:48+00:00

A: If you can perform all seven reps of all three sets at the pace provided by the E-Coach App and to the maximum contraction of the power modules without starting to experience failure, you are ready to step up to the next resistance levels. This usually several months of consistent training. You can purchase replacement power modules at www.core46usa.com.

Q: Why do I sometimes feel more fatigue in my arms than in my abs or my back? 2017-05-16T11:47:55+00:00

A:   The CoreXT46 is designed to work your entire core as well as your arms, so it is expected that you will get a great arm workout! Initially, many people’s arms are weaker than their core, so their arms need time to “catch up.” This can also be the result of trying to use too high level resistance modules. But, even if your arms are failing first, you are still getting a great core workout.

To maximize the results for your core, focus on fully contracting your abdominals to brace against the lower power module as you perform your workout with the CoreXT46. If your arms continue to be a limiting factor, you can let the CoreXT46 rest against the tops of your thighs while using the CoreXT46 in a seated position. To add a further challenge for your core, perform your CoreXT46 workouts by doing crunches or sit-ups on the floor or on a Swiss ball, so your core will also be working against the force of gravity.

Q: Do I need to use the App when I workout with the CoreXT46? 2017-05-15T17:00:37+00:00

A: The E-Coach App is designed to take you through specific concentric, hold, and eccentric phases that will help maximize your results with the CoreXT46 by forcing you to use all of the muscles of your core, and we highly recommend using it. The App allows you to track your workouts, reps, and sets, letting you set and meet goals and record your progress. You should, of course, feel free to get creative with your workouts to get the most variety, fun, and results from your CoreXT46, but the E-Coach App serves as a great foundation for your workouts, tracking, and provides a way to consistently get a great core and arm workout in just four minutes, three times a week.
